Do I need EN 1125 or EN 179?
Public access routes require EN 1125 (full-width touch bar). EN 179 applies to routes used by trained staff only.

What should I choose for double doors without a centre mullion?
Use EN 1125 Vertical-Rod pairs with a head keeper and a recessed floor strike wherever possible.

When do I need outside trim and a euro cylinder?
Only when controlled re-entry is required from the safe side. Match cylinder length to your door thickness for a flush finish.

Can these be used on fire doors?
